We care much about our products & we want them to reach you in its very best condition. We take the responsibility to package your items as best as we can, also with our responsibility to the environment and the impact we make.
We try to handle, wrap & send your order during the following business day after your order is placed.
Normally we are shipping with DHL and the rates are calculated from the size and weight of the potential package.
If you want to make a large purchage, please contact us and we can modify the shipping prices to fit you order.
Even if you live outside of Europe we can ship our products to you, but our celculated prices only concerns Europe,
please contact us and we'll find a good price to ship to your location.

Return & Exchange Policy
If any item is broken when they reach you it is important that you document this with photos and that the delivery company makes a note in their papers before you sign. After that you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort this out for you as soon as we can.
If you do not like your product we don't think that you should keep it. Send it back to us, at your cost, and you can swoop it for another item or a voucher. Contact us at email@example.com and we will help you.
